There is no minimum or maximum height.
Where to enlist?
Only in metropolitan France (Europe), there are no posts in Guyana yet.
So do I need a passport?
Obviously yes, to travel abroad and to show up you need a passport. For citizens of the European Union, an identity card is sufficient.

All year round, 7/7, 24/24. However, it is better to arrive during working hours and avoid holidays.
Only a passport?
At first, yes. Other documents, such as proof of experience, diplomas or certificates can be useful to guide your career. Depending on the qualification, it can even increase the chances of being selected. But they are not really necessary.
